After a really difficult call I feel like I need to put the customer on mute or just take my headset off and scream.

The way I would describe Tenacity, is that it’s perfect for having a call center kind of job because you’re sitting down most of the day, so it helps remind you to keep you active. And then with the Amazon points it’s give you an incentive to actually do it because some people just don’t want to so and it makes it fun.

My favorite thing about Tenacity is how well we stay connected, and being able to be a part of something and it’s almost like working out but having your peers be accountable.

Tenacity has improved my life by helping me de-stress a lot, like I’m not as stressed because of the breathing exercises, it is a big help.
